Now that the lockdown restrictions are being lifted and we finally have more freedom, most of us are excited to finally spend more time outdoors. After a year of practicing yoga on your yoga mat inside your house, we can imagine you’re eager to join outdoor classes this summer. If you’re based in London, you’re not going to want to miss out on this blog, as we have gathered a list of the eight best outdoor yoga classes in the city for you to join. Now all we have to do is wait for the lovely weather to come out and we’re all ready to go.

1. Yoga Rise London

Every Saturday from 10.30 am, you can enjoy an hour long yoga practice with your feet in the sand. That will help you to start your weekend off on the right foot with immediate summer vibes.

4. Eccleston Yards

Perhaps you’re scared of heights which doesn’t make a rooftop yoga class sound like a great idea, we’ve got something that might interest you. At Eccleston Yards, you’ll be able to join outdoor yoga classes this upcoming summer where you can place your yoga mat in the lovely garden in the middle of London. 

5. Paddleboarding on the Thames

This might not be yoga, but paddleboarding is getting increasingly popular and is a bit different from your usual workout session. Every Monday evening at 6.45pm there will be an outdoor yoga practice this summer.
