Refund policy

Here at Yogi Bare we don’t like you to feel like a grizzly bear!

Please contact us straight away with any queries on your order quoting your order number at carebare@yogi-bare.com

If you do wish to return you mat for a refund or exchange we accept 14 days of receipt of goods. We do not cover the cost of return postage. 

For purchases made between 1 and 25^th December, we will accept returns until 31^st January.

Please kindly note we can only accept items that have not been used or altered and is returned in a suitable re- saleable condition with the original packaging intact. If an item is returned with damaged or missing packaging there will be a charge for the cost to us taken from your refund. 

Please get in touch with carebare@yogi-bare.com for further information on how to do so. Please note that we are unable to cover costs of return unless the goods are faulty. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

Please note returns do not affect your statutory rights. Good vibes only!
