Refund policy
YOGI BARE RETURNS, REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS POLICY
Version: 2.1
Effective date: 30 August 2026
We hope you love your Yogi Bare products, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Yogi Bare is a trading brand of Absolute Yoga Limited.
If your order also contains Resette products, please refer to the Resette Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy for those products.
Separate terms apply to wholesale and other B2B purchases.
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
1. Change-of-Mind Cancellations
If you buy online, you can cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days after the day you receive it.
You do not need to give us a reason.
To cancel, simply let us know before the 14-day cancellation period ends by emailing:
carebare@yogi-bare.com
Or sending us another clear statement confirming your wish to cancel. Please include your order number where possible.
You don't have to but you can also use the cancellation form at the end of this Policy.
Once you tell us that you wish to cancel, you must send the product back within the following 14 days.
2. Returning Your Product
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions for your order. Because we use different fulfilment locations, the correct return address may depend on where your order was fulfilled.
To arrange a return:
-
Email carebare@yogi-bare.com.
-
Include your order number and the product you wish to return.
-
Tell us whether your request is:
-
a change-of-mind return;
-
a faulty or damaged product;
-
an incorrect product; or
-
a guarantee claim.
-
Where relevant, include clear photographs of the issue.
-
We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we tell you otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Returns should be sent to the return address we provide. Please do not send returned goods to our registered office.
3. Checking & Handling Your Product
Please take reasonable care of your product while deciding whether to keep it.
You may inspect a product as you reasonably would in a shop to understand its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Using or handling a product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it may reduce its value. For example, this could include using a yoga mat for a full practice, marking or staining a product, or damaging it while it is in your care.
Where the law allows us to do so, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by excessive handling.
Please return the product with its original product packaging where reasonably possible.
Missing or damaged packaging does not prevent a statutory return, although we may make a deduction where the condition of the product or its packaging has genuinely reduced its value and the law allows us to do so.
Where available, you may ask to exchange an eligible product instead of receiving a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any conditions explained when the exchange is arranged.
4. Refunds
For an eligible statutory cancellation, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earlier of:
-
receiving the returned product; or
-
receiving satisfactory evidence that you have sent it back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge you a fee for making a refund.
If you cancel your entire eligible order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive or premium delivery service, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us unless we tell you otherwise.
Where the law allows, we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the product has been reduced because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If something has gone wrong with your order, we'll work with you to put it right.
If your product:
-
arrives damaged;
-
is defective;
-
is not what you ordered;
-
is not as described; or
-
otherwise fails to meet your statutory consumer rights,
please contact us at:
carebare@yogi-bare.com
Where reasonably possible, please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
For products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery where possible. This helps us investigate the issue promptly and, where appropriate, raise a claim with the delivery provider.
The 14-day notification period does not limit your statutory rights, including where a fault becomes apparent later.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may resolve the issue with a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Where a return is required because a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the reasonable return costs.
6. Extended Christmas Returns
Purchases made between 1 December and 25 December may be returned for change of mind until 31 January of the following year.
This is an additional return period offered by Yogi Bare and does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
Where your statutory cancellation period has ended, products returned under our Extended Christmas Returns period must be unused, clean, unmarked and in a condition suitable for resale, with their original product packaging where reasonably possible. We may refuse a return under this voluntary extended period if the product has been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming products.
Where your statutory cancellation period has already ended, a refund under our Extended Christmas Returns period will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.
You are responsible for the cost of the return and for the product until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
