Returns Policy

If something isn't quite right with your order, we are here to help. Please note that our standard returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Our Returns Promise 

We gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Your 14 Day Window: Simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To maintain our strict hygiene and premium quality standards, returned items must be completely unused, unrolled, and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that returning an item damaged or without its original packaging will result in a repackaging fee deducted from your refund.

  • Return Shipping: Because our studio-quality equipment is heavy and bulky, we cannot cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.


Holiday Gifting Guarantee 

To give you peace of mind during the festive season, purchases made between 1st and 25th December can be returned up until 31st January of the following year.



Our Quality Guarantee 

We stand behind our craftsmanship and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Faults: If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately. We will swiftly resolve the issue, covering both the replacement and all associated shipping costs.

  • Wear & Tear: Your mat is designed to support your ongoing practice. Like all high-performance athletic equipment, it will naturally show signs of your dedication over time. Fading, scuffing, or surface degradation resulting from regular practice is a normal part of the product's lifecycle and is not covered under our manufacturing guarantee.
