By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms. 

(Please note: These terms apply to our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) customers. For wholesale or B2B purchases, please refer to your B2B Terms of Trade).

1. Using Our Store 

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) while using our Service. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability 

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, though we cannot guarantee your device's monitor will display them perfectly.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or Service without notice at any time.

• Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the sales or quantities of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may also limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

• Guarantees & Returns: All D2C purchases are subject to our 14-Day Returns Policy and our 12-Month Quality Guarantee. Please review our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy for full details on order cancellations, missing parcels, and return conditions.

3. Billing and Account Information 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

4. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions 

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We are under no obligation to pay compensation for comments or to keep them confidential. Our website may provide access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways) or links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We provide access to these tools "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

The Service and all products delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, except where explicitly stated (such as our 12-Month Quality Guarantee) or as required by UK consumer law.

• In no case shall Yogi Bare, our directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yogi Bare from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.

• In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid.

 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

10. Klarna Payments 

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Slice It.
