UK Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the UK within 2 to 4 business days. Because our equipment ranges from lightweight accessories to heavy studio mats, our shipping rates are calculated by weight to keep costs as fair as possible:

Orders under 2kg: £3.92

Orders 2kg to 5kg: £6.79

Orders over 5kg: £13.58
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a secure tracking link so you can follow its journey.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally, with shipping rates tailored to your specific destination country. Rates are calculated at checkout based on two simple weight tiers: orders under 2kg, and orders over 2kg.

Europe: Delivered within 11 business days.

Rest of the World: Delivered within 17 business days.

No Hidden Fees: To make international delivery completely stress-free, all import duties and customs charges are fully included in your order cost. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
'Safe Place' Deliveries
If you choose to instruct the courier to leave your delivery in a designated 'safe place', please be aware that the risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to you the moment the parcel is dropped off. We cannot accept liability for missing parcels once a safe place delivery has been fulfilled.
Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery Fees
Because our studio-quality equipment is heavy and bulky, re-shipping parcels is costly. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

If you spot an error before dispatch, contact us immediately and we will fix it for free.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address supplied by you, or after repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct cost of re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Transit Damage: If your equipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of your delivery date with clear photographic evidence. This allows us to swiftly arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Orders: If your tracking link shows your order is delayed or if it has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us right away. We will immediately liaise with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement. (Please note: In accordance with UK consumer law, if an order remains undelivered after 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund).
