Applying Your Soma Studs

  1. Clean your ear with an alcohol swab, or cleanser.
  2. Find your position guide for your preferred stack below.
  3. Using the applicator tweezers gently peel your Soma Stud away from the backing paper.
  4. Place the stud on the target point.
  5. Smooth down the adhesive sticker to remove all air bubbles and creases.
  6. Gently press and hold for 5-10 seconds to activate.
  7. For maximum benefits use them in both ears.
  8. Wear for up to 5 days. Gently massage or press the Studs 2-3 times per day.
