Resette - Product Terms

These Product Terms apply to Resette products purchased from our online store.
Resette is a trading brand of Absolute Yoga Limited.
These Product Terms supplement our Master Consumer Terms, Resette Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy, the product description, and any instructions or warnings provided with the product.
Please read the product instructions and warnings before use.
1. About Resette Products
Resette Ear Seeds are general consumer wellness products designed for external use in accordance with the instructions supplied with them.
They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Resette products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have concerns about whether a product is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before using it.
2. Intended Use
Resette products must be used:
- only for their intended purpose;
- in accordance with the product description;
- in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with the product; and
- only for the recommended period of use.
Product-specific instructions and warnings may differ between products. Where they do, the instructions and warnings supplied with the relevant product take priority in relation to its safe use.
3. Wear Period
Resette Ear Seeds are designed for a single period of wear of up to five days.
They should be removed sooner if required by the product instructions or if you experience discomfort, irritation or another adverse reaction.
Once removed, the ear seeds should be discarded and not reused or reapplied.
Do not continue to wear a product beyond the recommended period of use.
The intended wear period describes how the product is designed to be used. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights if a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
4. Before Using Your Product
Before use:
- read the instructions and warnings supplied with the product;
- check that the hygiene pouch is sealed and undamaged;
- check the product for any visible damage or defect; and
- review any material or ingredient information provided if you know that you have relevant allergies or sensitivities.
Do not use a product if its hygiene pouch was already open or damaged when you received it, or if the product appears damaged, contaminated or otherwise unsafe.

5. Hygiene Pouches
Each Resette Ear Seed box is sold as a single product containing four individually sealed hygiene pouches.
The hygiene pouches are intended to protect the products before use. Open a pouch only when you are ready to use the ear seeds contained within it.
The effect of opening a hygiene pouch on your change-of-mind cancellation rights is explained in our Resette Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy.
Nothing in these Product Terms or our hygiene-return rules affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
6. Safe Use
Use Resette products carefully and follow all instructions and warnings provided.
Stop using and remove the product if you experience unexpected pain, significant discomfort, irritation, redness, swelling, a skin reaction or another adverse reaction.
If symptoms are significant, persist after removal or otherwise concern you, seek appropriate medical advice.
Do not use a product in a way that is contrary to its instructions or continue using it where the instructions or your reaction indicate that it should be removed.
Use contrary to the supplied instructions or warnings may affect whether Absolute Yoga Limited is responsible for any resulting loss or damage, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Product Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
7. Individual Experience & Results
People may experience Resette products differently.
We do not guarantee that using a Resette product will produce any particular wellness, comfort, cosmetic or other individual result.
This does not affect any specific commitment made in the product description or your statutory consumer rights in relation to the product.
8. Product Care & Storage
Store Resette products in accordance with the instructions supplied with them.
Keep unused hygiene pouches sealed until you are ready to use them and protect them from damage, contamination or unsuitable storage conditions.
Do not use a product where its condition has been affected by improper storage, contamination or damage after delivery.
9. Product Safety Concerns
If you believe a Resette product may be unsafe, has caused an unexpected reaction or has another significant quality or safety issue, stop using it and contact us at:

Where reasonably possible, please provide:
- your order number;
- the product concerned;
- a description of what happened;
- clear photographs where relevant; and
- any batch, lot or other identifying information shown on the product or packaging.
Please keep the product and its packaging where reasonably possible until we have advised you whether we need them for our investigation.
We may contact you for further information where reasonably necessary to investigate a product-safety or quality concern.
10. Faulty Products
If a Resette product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory consumer rights, please contact us.
Your rights and the process for reporting and returning affected products are explained in our Resette Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy.
Opening or using a product does not remove your statutory rights where there is a genuine fault or other problem with the product.
11. Commercial Guarantees
Resette products are not covered by the Yogi Bare 12-Month Manufacturing Guarantee.
No additional commercial guarantee applies to a Resette product unless we expressly offer one.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
12. Relationship With Our Other Terms
These Product Terms should be read alongside:
- our Master Consumer Terms;
- our Resette Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy;
- the relevant product description; and
- any instructions and warnings supplied with the product.
Where product-specific instructions or warnings contain more specific requirements relating to the safe use of a product, those requirements apply to that product.
Nothing supplied with a product after purchase is intended to remove or reduce any statutory right or contractual right that you had when your order was accepted.
13. Customers Outside the UK
If you live outside the UK, mandatory product-safety or consumer laws in your country may also apply.
Nothing in these Product Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
14. Changes to These Product Terms
We may update these Product Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our products, safety information or applicable law.
The version made available to you before you place your order will apply to that purchase, except where a change is required by law or relates to an important product-safety issue.
If we become aware of an important safety issue affecting a product you have purchased, we may contact you with updated safety information or instructions where appropriate.
