ABSOLUTE YOGA LTD PRIVACY POLICY

Version: 2.2
Effective date: 29 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Absolute Yoga Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information when you interact with Yogi Bare or Resette.

It also explains how we use cookies and similar technologies and how you can manage your choices.

1. Who We Are

Yogi Bare and Resette are trading brands of:

Absolute Yoga Ltd
Company number: 11223615
Carleton House
266–268 Stratford Road
Solihull
B90 3AD
United Kingdom

ICO Registration Number: ZC106766

Absolute Yoga Ltd is the data controller responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is used.

When this Policy refers to “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Absolute Yoga Ltd.

This Policy applies when you interact with either Yogi Bare or Resette.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information created when you shop or use our website, and limited information from companies that help us provide our services.

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

Contact Information

Your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, and company details where relevant.

Order Information

Details of what you buy, your order history, delivery and billing information, payment status, returns and refunds.

Payment Information

Payments are handled by our payment providers.

We do not normally receive or store your full payment-card number.

Customer Service Information

Information you give us when you contact us about an order, return, fault, complaint or other enquiry. This may include correspondence, photographs or videos.

Reviews & User Content

Reviews, comments, photographs, videos, social-media handles and other content you choose to submit to us.

Where you submit content for publication or sharing, we may use it in accordance with our Consumer Terms.

Marketing Information

Your marketing preferences, whether you have asked to hear from Yogi Bare, Resette or both, and information about how you interact with our marketing communications.

Website & Device Information

Information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages you visit, how you use our website and cookie or similar identifiers.

Product-Safety Information

If you report a product-safety issue or reaction, you may choose to give us information about your health.

Health information receives additional protection under data-protection law. We will only use it where reasonably necessary to investigate or manage the issue and where we have a lawful basis to do so.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only use personal information where we have a lawful reason to do so.

We may use your information to:

  • process and deliver orders – because we need to perform our contract with you;

  • manage returns, refunds, enquiries and complaints – to perform our contract, provide customer service and meet legal obligations;

  • manage product-safety issues – to meet legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests or establish or defend legal claims;

  • prevent fraud and keep our website secure – because we have a legitimate interest in protecting our customers, website and business;

  • improve our website, products and services – based on our legitimate interests or consent where required;

  • publish reviews and customer content – based on our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business and, where required, your consent;

  • send marketing – with your consent or under the rules that allow us to market similar products to existing customers where those rules apply; and

  • meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements – where we have a legal obligation or need to protect our legal rights.

Where we rely on our legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are balanced against your privacy rights.

4. Marketing

We may send you news, offers, product launches and other marketing where the law allows us to do so.

Depending on the circumstances, we may rely on:

  • your consent; or

  • the rules that allow us to send marketing about similar products to existing customers.

Yogi Bare & Resette

Yogi Bare and Resette are operated by the same company, but we treat them as separate customer-facing brands for marketing.

Asking to receive marketing from one brand does not automatically mean that you have asked to receive marketing from the other.

If a marketing sign-up covers both brands, we will make this clear when you sign up.

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

  • using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails; or

  • contacting us at carebare@yogi-bare.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us sending messages that we need to send about your order, delivery, return, account, complaint or product-safety issue.

5. Cookies & Your Choices

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from your computer, phone or other device when you use a website.

Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage and other technologies that store or access information on your device.

We refer to these collectively as “cookies” in this Policy where appropriate.

How We Use Cookies

We may use cookies for the following purposes:

Necessary cookies
These help our store work properly, for example by supporting shopping baskets, checkout, account login, security and fraud prevention.

Where the law allows these cookies to be used without consent because they are needed to provide a service you request, we do not ask for consent before using them.

Analytics & functionality cookies
These help us understand how our website is used, improve its performance and remember certain preferences.

Some limited analytics or functionality technologies may be used without consent where the law allows this. Where the law gives you a right to object, you can exercise that choice through our Cookie Preferences controls.

Where consent is required, we will ask for it first.

Advertising & marketing cookies
These may help us measure advertising, understand whether advertising leads to visits or purchases, create audiences or personalise advertising where permitted.

Where consent is required, these technologies will not be activated unless you choose to allow them.

Your Cookie Choices

When you first visit our website, our cookie banner allows you to:

  • Accept;

  • Decline; or

  • Manage Preferences.

You can review or change your choices at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in the footer of our website.

Where consent is required, we will not use the relevant cookies or similar technologies unless you choose to allow them.

You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect how parts of our website work.

6. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell customer lists.

We share personal information only where needed to operate our business, provide our services or meet legal requirements.

This may include:

  • our ecommerce platform, including Shopify;

  • payment providers used to process your payment;

  • warehouses, couriers and customs authorities involved in fulfilling and delivering orders;

  • marketing and communications providers;

  • affiliate and referral platforms;

  • IT, hosting and technology providers;

  • accountants, lawyers, insurers, auditors and other professional advisers; and

  • regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies and public authorities where required or permitted by law.

Some providers may act as independent data controllers and may provide their own privacy information.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where the law requires additional safeguards for an international transfer, we use an approved legal mechanism or other protection recognised under UK data-protection law.

You can contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards used for a particular transfer.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, tax, accounting, safety and claims-management requirements.

For example, financial and transaction records are normally kept for up to 7 years where appropriate.

Other information is kept for a period appropriate to its purpose.

We may keep limited information after you unsubscribe from marketing so that we can continue to respect your choice.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

We also require relevant service providers to protect personal information appropriately.

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we process.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;

  • ask us to delete information in certain circumstances;

  • ask us to restrict how we use your information;

  • object to certain uses of your information;

  • receive certain information in a portable format; and

  • withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

You have the right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time.

You may also have the right to object where we rely on our legitimate interests.

To exercise a privacy right, contact:

carebare@yogi-bare.com

We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Withdrawing Consent

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

For marketing, use the unsubscribe link in our communications.

For cookies and similar technologies, use Cookie Preferences in the footer of our website.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew it.
